Just Rest, Right

From February 2013:  Since I'm suppose to rest, guess it's time to catch up on our family blog.  Currently I'm recovering from pneumonia.  First time I've ever had this.  I have had bronchitis once.  It took some convincing my doctor it was more than just a bad cold.  I mean I waited until day 4 of my sickness with a fever up to 102 before I went to the doctor the first time.  I was given some allergy medicine and was told I didn't have the flu but a virus.  After a few more days of fevers, cough, and now a rattle at my second visit the Physician's Assistant decided I needed some antibiotics and not just the allergy medicine the doc had prescribed before.  Somehow I didn't figure the sound of pop rocks coming from my throat was a good sign, so that's what prompted my second visit.  My husband was convinced I should be wheezing if I was really sick like he's been in the past.  A few more days later and I received the results of my chest x-ray.  I had the x-ray on a Saturday so no quick results were given to me, my doc's office is very slow.  I found out Tuesday it was not bronchitis but pneumonia.  Guess I was sick after all.
